Data and sources

We may process information provided directly through the form, email or other professional channels: name, company, role, professional email, message content, requirement type, expected timeframe and project information you choose to share.

Basic technical data may also be generated when the website is accessed, such as IP address, browser, device and security or hosting logs. If analytics cookies are accepted, Google Analytics 4 may process visited pages, source, campaign parameters, interactions, approximate location and device or browser information.

Required information

Fields marked as required are needed to manage the enquiry. Without them, we may be unable to respond properly. Special categories of personal data are not requested; users should avoid including sensitive or unnecessary personal information in messages.

Recipients and providers

Data is not sold or shared for third parties' own advertising. It may be processed as necessary by providers of hosting and forms (Netlify), corporate email (Microsoft 365), consent-based web analytics (Google Analytics), IT support, administration, accounting or professional advice. It may also be disclosed where legally required.

Form submissions are processed and stored through Netlify Forms. Access should be limited to authorised persons and enquiries that are no longer needed should be deleted under the applicable retention criteria.

International transfers

Some technology providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, recognised safeguards will be used, such as adequacy decisions, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework for participating entities or standard contractual clauses, together with any additional safeguards that may be required.

Retention

Data is retained for as long as needed to answer an enquiry, assess or carry out an engagement and manage the professional relationship. It may then be kept in restricted form for legal retention periods or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Analytics consent preferences remain until changed or deleted through the browser.

Rights

Individuals may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability where applicable. Consent may also be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Security and automated decisions

LD Aviation Consulting, S.L. applies reasonable organisational and technical measures to reduce the risk of unauthorised access, loss, alteration or misuse. No web or email system can be considered entirely risk-free.

No automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects are made, and form data is not used to create commercial profiles.
